Aroma: 9 | Acidity: 8 | Body: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Aftertaste: 8
Roast (Agtron): (48/62)
Origin: Ethiopia; Tanzania.

OVERALL RATING: 92

Notes: This blend combines coffees from Tanzania and from the Yirgacheffe growing region in Ethiopia. Family-owned Café Excellence is a roaster based in Pennsylvania with roots in the coffee business dating to 1958. Its mission is sharing "the wonderful experience of uniquely Micro Roasted Specialty Coffee with consumers."

Blind assessment: Quietly complex and impressively balanced: milk chocolate, nut, stone fruit, lemon in aroma and cup. Gentle acidity; lightly syrupy, very smooth mouthfeel. Lemon and a spicy chocolate carry into the finish.

Who should drink it: Those who appreciate effortless grace.
